Educationally there are two primary schools and one high school. Nearest college is in Split. City is well connected with roads, Adriatic route is connecting North and South Dalmatia, passing near Trogir, while main highway A1 is just 15 kilometers away. Ferry line is to Island Drvenik Veli from Trogir ferry port. There are two big Marinas, ACI Marina – Koncar and Marina Baotic. Trogir is considered as famous place for luxury yachts and overall maritime business. As this business attracts rich investors, Trogir area is popular for foreigners owning luxury apartments and Villas. There is newly built bridge which connects mainland with Island of Ciovo, which is strategically important to avoid traffic jams going through Trogir old town to reach island of Ciovo.
